It follows the lives of 20 characters who live in a huge social housing project in the Negev desert. It’s a terrible movie. No script or direction. The characters’ sentences are unclear and make no sense most of the time. Many scenes are too long and can last 10 minutes instead of ending in half a minute. Also – the main character can repeat the same sentence 5-7 times, using the same word… a sentence that adds nothing to the plot. The locations feel like the movie was made on a $1000 budget and you’re constantly trying to figure out what they add and how they relate to the plot. This isn’t the first movie I’ve seen from this director… and they all suffer from the same problems, so I wonder – how does this director manage to keep getting budgets and producers for his movies…
