Job Description:

• This role involves working on complex SAP implementations and providing expertise in the development, integration, and optimization of SAP solutions.
• Responsible for design, configuration, and support of SAP applications used by Client’s Energy’s Advance Finance Support organization.
• Responsible for complex problem analysis including: determining the root cause, possible solutions, and implementation, and communication of the final solution.
• Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis to come up with required configuration and development items.
• Creates functional and technical specifications based on user requirements and support needs.
• Configuration of SAP financial systems with appropriate security considerations to support business requirements.
• Develop and utilize test plans and tools to ensure programs are thoroughly tested before they are deployed.
• Supports all phases of projects and assignments, in whole or in part, with problem solving abilities, analytical skills and strategic knowledge to create impact on organization. Develops broad business knowledge and industry perspective.
• Fosters environment of operational excellence and innovation through encouraging new process and technology development for improvement in systems or workforce productivity while maintaining sensitivity to costs of services.
• Provides on-call support as needed during non-business hours for emergency issues.
• Leads or participates in project teams to meet objectives for the Finance area.
• Performs all aspects of work with a high degree of effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentors with co-workers through teaching others analytical skills and problem solving.

 

 

Qualifications:

• Must be a Technical Consultant with 5-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (ABAP with ECC), supported the SAP FICO module specifically in CDS view development and SLT.
• Must have experience in production support issues that arise from both technical and functional issues. This involves functional/technical knowledge for troubleshooting issues to determine whether process, development/ABAP, CDS Views, Analysis for Office reports, security, or configuration needs to change.
• Experience working with CDS views for Analysis for Office.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO.
• Knowledge of procurement systems such as Ariba or Coupa.
• Work experience with IDocs, including debugging and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SAP BW and Analysis for Office.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and data modeling concepts. Experience in full-cycle SAP. implementation projects.
• Good written and verbal communication.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with IDOC/XML or other methods to integrate with vendors and banks.
• SAP certification in S/4HANA or relevant modules.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming.
• Experience in Master Data Governance (MDG), Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC), or Fiori.
• From a Finance or accounting background.

Job Description:
We are seeking a contract to HIRE skilled SAP MM Functional Consultant responsible for the design, development, configuration, and support of SAP applications supporting Supply Chain operations. This role requires expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) (Master Data governance (MDG), Procurement, Logistics, Consumption-Based Planning, External Services Management, and LIS) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver Supply Chain solutions and address operational challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, configure, and support SAP MM and EWM modules.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, SD, FI, BW, PM, and CRM, to provide effective Supply Chain solutions.
• Provide expertise in Inventory Management, including valuations, movements, and reconciliations.
• Lead and support project cutover and hyper-care activities.
• Perform data cleansing for material master and transactional data, such as open purchase orders, reservations, and purchase requisitions.
• Execute material master extensions, inventory transfers, and purchase order conversion strategies.
• Configure MM Logistics, including plants, storage locations, procurement, and inventory management processes.
• Hands-on experience with material planning, MRP procedures, and cycle counting.
• Develop and utilize test plans and tools to ensure quality assurance before production deployment.
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues, propose solutions, and ensure implementation and communication of resolutions.

• Experience in material master and transactional data cleansing.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with FI, SD, and Work Management modules.
• Excellent Verbal and collaboration skills

Job Description:
• Contribute to the implementation and execution of the SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes: asses current state, identify customer requirements and define future state and/or business solution.
• Transform detailed requirements into complete detailed systems design documents and implement in SAP.
• Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels from business unit. Create EAM solutions that map to an actionable business-IT roadmap (a long-range plan for the business that identifies specific IT investments in applications and infrastructure to support business objectives).
• Support BU leadership in identifying opportunities for emerging technologies, through collaboration with EAM architect, to enable business strategies. Provide an advisory role with the clients on the impact of new technologies on their existing technical and information system environments.
• Ensure business and functional requirements are maintained throughout the development/configuration process.
• Maintain strong understanding of technology needs and solutions for the business units.
• Liaison between the client, vendors, project management and the technical team on questions, issues, and revisions to the solution architecture.
• Manage engagement risk and economics including planning and budgeting; manage accounts receivable; define deliverable content; ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from business owners

• Must have a minimum of 2 full cycle greenfield/brownfield SAP implementations.

• Must Have Experience with converting new acquisitions/mergers into current platforms

• Must have excellent written and verbal technical skills

• Experience and knowledge of integration of SAP enterprise modules (e.g., CRM, MM, FI) and 3rd party applications
