Job Summary:
The Gas Platform Support Analyst is responsible for delivery of change, and communications in support of the Gas Platform steady state operations. As part of the Platform Operating Model framework, this role utilizes tools and templates developed by the Program Change team and aligns with the overall program change strategy for consistent stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities:
Partner with Platform Leaders:
• Build working knowledge of current and upcoming Platform activities and efforts.
• Partner with Platform leaders to build quarterly engagement plan during Platform Quarterly Planning events.
• Act as liaison between program change team and platform team.
Champion Platform and Product Change Adoption
• Coordinate with program change management team to draft Platform communications & engagement strategy and lead in executing.
• Draft and manage communications / meeting invites to the business on behalf of the program.
• Plan, develop content and facilitate Platform Influencer Network meeting every other month.
• Maintain Gas Influencer member list.
• Coordinate training for Platform teams and/or stakeholders, as needed.
• Provide support for development of Platform or Product change documentation for stakeholders, ahead of implementation.
Partner with Program Change Team
• Regularly connect with program change management team to share best practices, learnings to align efforts and messaging across platforms.
• Integrate Platform and Product related communications and engagements into overall program plan.
• Coordinate with Program Change Team to capture relevant adoption and satisfaction metrics.

SAP EWM/MM Functional Consultant

Title: SAP EWM/MM Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Materials Management (MM) Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will provide business solution support, analyze business operations, and implement end-to-end projects, including production support. The role requires deep expertise in EWM, MM, RF Screen enhancements, inbound/outbound processes, and warehouse management strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support SAP EWM/MM modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and production requirements.
Lead full lifecycle projects from requirement gathering to go-live and provide production support for warehouse and material management functions.
Configure RF screens for operations such as Put away, Picking, Physical Inventory, and Replenishment.
Customize the Monitor for business needs, adding additional nodes as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in inbound (Put away, Goods Receipt) and outbound (Picking, Goods Issue) processes.
Configure and implement business scenarios such as inbound, outbound, transfer requirements (TRs), transfer orders (TOs), putaway and picking strategies, and more.
Manage warehouse master data and design strategies for putaway (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, Next to empty bins) and picking strategies (e.g., Stringent FIFO, SLED).
Configure Process-Oriented Storage Control for complex inbound and outbound processes.
Set up and maintain PPF Actions, develop Smart Forms for printing warehouse orders, picking lists, and putaway documents.
Manage Handling Unit (HU) packing and Shipping Label printing; XPS experience is a plus.
Configure and support ECC-MM modules for business needs, including material planning, MRP procedures, and inventory management.
Provide expertise in procurement processes such as stock transport orders, stock transfers, and consignment.
Handle inventory reconciliation and period-end closing processes.
Collaborate on custom RF transactions within Inventory Management (IM) and bring knowledge of Master Data Governance (MDG) where applicable.
Ensure accurate Material Master Data management.

Qualifications:

7-10 years of SAP EWM/MM experience, with demonstrated ability in leading EWM and MM implementations.
Strong functional knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
Hands-on experience with Material Master Data, Inventory Management, and MRP processes.
Experience with custom RF transactions and troubleshooting complex warehouse processes.
Knowledge of ECC-MM integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Experience in process optimization, warehouse strategies, and business scenario configuration.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and support live production environments.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with custom RF transactions within IM.
Knowledge of Master Data Governance (MDG).
Experience with period-end closing and inventory reconciliation.
XPS knowledge for shipping label printing is a plus.
